An expert team has been brought together for a new R3 course on Asset Tracing, Fraud and Forensics.

Created by Moon Beever’s Sarah May, the course is aimed at insolvency practitioners, accountants (including forensic accountants), bankers, public sector employees and others who use civil procedures to pursue the proceeds of fraud.

Frances Coulson, head of insolvency and litigation at Moon Beever, chairs the event. Richard Saunders, who works in our insolvency and recovery department and has considerable experience in a wide range of commercial litigation, is providing an update on recent important developments in the law relating to these areas. They will be joined by specialists from the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and others.

Topics covered include an in-depth look at fraud and forensics, practical tips for internet investigations, the role of receivers in fraud claims and how to work with both the SFO and the FCA.

The course takes place in London on 19th November from 9.15am to 4.50pm. Further details are here.

NB: This event has already taken place, and tickets are no longer available.
