The course, Asset Tracing, Fraud and Forensics, is taking place in Manchester on 9th February from 9.15am to 16.50pm. The Course Director is our own Sarah May who will be introducing the event. She is joined by Richard Saunders from Moon Beever who will be providing an update on key issues and developments in the law relevant to asset tracing, investigations and civil litigation.
John Gibson from the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) will discuss the role of the SFO and how Insolvency Practitioners and other professions can work constructively with the SFO.
Other sessions include practical tips for investigating fraud and pursuing recoveries, fraud and forensics, and the role of receivers in fraud claims. Sunday Times journalist, Jonathan Calvert, who is editor of the Insight investigations team, is the keynote speaker. He will be describing his experience of fraud investigations, including exposure of the FIFA Qatar World Cup bribery scandal.
