There are still a few places left on this popular course, Asset Tracing, Fraud and Forensics, directed by Moon Beever’s Salina Brindle. The course brings together a variety of leading experts to share their experiences of investigating and pursuing assets that are the subject of fraudulent transactions.

Recent trends in the area such as the increasing use of cryptocurrencies will be explored, as well as useful tactics that can be used in litigation involving fraud.

The significant role insolvency plays in the fight against fraud had already been highlighted by Adrian Hyde as one of his main remits during his tenure as President of R3.

The course is intended to give delegates:

  • An understanding of the role of a forensic accountant and how to maximise their role by asking the right questions
  • An update on the legal issues surrounding fraud and how to use the law to acquire assets
  • Familiarity with increasingly sophisticated methods used by fraudsters and how to spot them early on.

The course takes place in London on May 16. Click here to book and find out more information.

NB: This course has already taken place, and tickets are therefore no longer available.
