Graham will be reviewing exoneration and equitable accounting principles and the ability to vary the share of equity available to a trustee in a bankruptcy estate property. Later in the day, he will provide tips and tricks for running a successful antecedent transaction claim and how to avoid common pitfalls.
Richard Saunders will present a corporate legal update summarising legal developments in corporate insolvency and considering how these affect the approach to case work.
The course is designed for professionals with approximately three years insolvency experience currently studying or considering studying for CPI or JIEB exams or wishing to broaden their knowledge. It is taking place in London on June 25 and in Manchester on July 16.
