A rare case of where an individual is banned from bringing further employment tribunal claims without permission.

The claimant had made 19 claims against various organisations when he failed to secure jobs with them or, in one case, his probationary period was not extended.

The Attorney General successfully applied for a s33 order to be made against him.

A section 33 order restricts an individual from instituting employment tribunal proceedings unless they have permission. Full details here.
