Moon Beever has announced the appointment of Tony Sampson to its Insolvency and Business Recovery Team.


Tony brings with him considerable experience and expertise. In addition to being a solicitor, he is a qualified insolvency practitioner, giving him additional insight and breadth of knowledge in the field.

“My primary goal is to give prompt, commercial advice and to maximise returns for creditors,” he says. He has experience across all forms of insolvency procedures, from administrations to receiverships and liquidations to voluntary arrangements, and is also familiar with handling bankruptcy, directors' disqualification and the recovery of assets. He describes himself as a one stop shop for corporate recovery.
