The Credit 100 is an accolade for high achievers in credit, honouring leading professionals who have made a positive impact in the industry. The list includes prominent individuals from across fields including consumer credit risk, collections and recoveries and is based on nominations from many industry leaders.
Frances Coulson has a high profile in the industry, heading up insolvency and business recovery at Moon Beever. Last year she assisted insolvency trade body R3 pro bono on the Coventry v Lawrence decision which had huge implications for creditors in insolvencies where money was being withheld.

Frances Coulson undertakes most areas of personal and corporate insolvency, specialising in contentious insolvency, especially cases involving fraud and injunctive reliefs. A former president of R3, she now chairs the R3 Fraud group and is a board member of the Fraud Advisory Panel.
