Sarah practises in Employment and Partnership Law for clients including charities, PLCs and private individuals. She brings to the firm her experience on the contentious side that spans restrictive covenant injunctions, bonus disputes and high value discrimination claims as well as day-to-day tribunal matters. On the non-contentious side, she also gives practical commercial advice on a full range of employment law matters, including restructuring and redundancies, both to her own clients and to other law firms which do not have their own employment law capability.
Sarah also advises on TUPE and other employment issues in the context of insolvency cases as well as corporate and commercial property transactions. She has acted both for and against professional partnerships and LLPs in relation to partner and member exits and disputes.
In private practice since 2005 - working as partner in the Employment Group at Payne Hicks Beach, a partner at Dawsons and as Head of Employment at Forsters - Sarah's experience also includes five years in-house at ICAP.
She was nominated for Legal Week's Associate of the Year in 2009.
