Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We are aware that Coronavirus (COVID-19) is proving a challenge to clients and other businesses. Nevertheless, we feel it is as important as ever for us to support our clients and their customers. This is why I am writing to tell you about our most up-to-date plan designed to ensure our services remain operational and as little disruption to our provision is experienced as possible over the coming weeks and months. 

Moon Beever’s Plan
Given the government advice we have most  staff working from home. They are all fully enabled on our system via secure links and are all able to deal with calls and e mails and work as usual. Land mail is scanned to them.
 
We continue to closely follow advice from Government and from bodies such as the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), Public Health England (“PHE”) and the Department of Health and Social Care (“DHSC”), and are trying to ensure a calm and sensible approach to these trying times.
The wellbeing of our staff and the service to our clients and third parties are paramount. It is our intention, and I’m sure that of the majority of our clients, to continue to function as normally as possible with remote working arrangements in place.
 
Moon Beever’s working practices and IT operations have long been designed with in-built flexible and remote working. Our normal standards of service may be affected when it comes to some practicalities (providing hard copy documents immediately for example) and physical availability of some staff at short notice, but, again, we will try to keep such inconveniences to a minimum and will keep clients and their customers fully informed if this is the case.
 
Summary
To summarise, insofar as possible please send anything to us by e mail or through our website. Otherwise continue to deal with us as normal. We will advise of any further changes. However we will be able to operate and service matters -we believe- pretty much as normal given the arrangements we have in place and have tested regularly.
