This exciting appointment means Moon Beever are able to assist with legal matters associated to Lot 3 of the framework specifically debt recovery, unlawful occupiers, disrepair claims, advice on anti-social behaviour, estate management and tenancy matters. The framework (GREEN0470) is also open for use by the Procurement Alliance for Essex which includes a number of Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Essex Fire and the University of Essex.
