Charlotte is a private client solicitor specialising in probate and estate administration, Wills and estate planning, Declarations of Trust, Trust administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Charlotte is appointed by the Court to act jointly as Independent Administrator, for example in situations where relationships between those acting as Executors have broken down. Charlotte also makes special applications for interim grants (such as a Grant ad Colligenda Bona) where property is endangered by delay and it is necessary to act quickly to preserve estate assets.
Charlotte is an Associate Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) with a STEP advanced certificate in Administration of Estates and Administration of Trusts.
Following an Honours degree at Warwick University in Drama and English, Charlotte spent twelve successful years in the television production sector. This was followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Law at London Metropolitan and the LPC at Westminster, all undertaken whilst working part time as the Legal and Business Affairs Executive of an events management company.
