Charlotte is a private client solicitor and a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP), specializing in probate and estate administration, Wills and estate planning, Declarations of Trust, Trust administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Charlotte acts as Independent Administrator, for example in situations where relationships between those acting as Executors have broken down. Charlotte also has expertise in making special applications for interim grants (such as a Grant ad Colligenda Bona) where property is endangered by delay and it is necessary to act quickly to preserve estate assets.
Following an Honours degree at Warwick University in Drama and English, Charlotte spent twelve successful years in the television production sector. This was followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Law at London Metropolitan and the LPC at Westminster, all undertaken whilst working part time as the Legal and Business Affairs Executive of an events management company.
Her clients appreciate her approachable, calm, empathetic manner and her ability to turn the potentially daunting subject of lifetime planning and death into accessible advice.
Charlotte enjoys theatre, film, galleries and swimming. As an avid supporter of Cancer Research UK, Charlotte raises funds yearly by running the Race for Life.
