Graham graduated with Honours in Law from the University of Essex in 1986. He attended the College of Law in Guildford and qualified as a Solicitor in 1989.
He has worked for specialist commercial firms in London and the South East, gaining considerable experience in all aspects of financially related litigation. Graham works within both the Insolvency & Business Recovery team and also the Commercial Litigation Department. He has expertise in disrepair claims and other legal services for social housing including debt recovery and unlawful occupiers. He became a Partner in January 2003 and also has had experience in property covenant litigation, landlord and tenant claims both commercial and residential, enforcement of security and guarantee obligations, finance facility enforcement, housing act claims, secured and unsecured debt recovery.
Graham is a regular speaker at Insolvency courses presenting on numerous personal and corporate insolvency topics.
Graham is a keen musician and, whilst he accepts the dream of rock super-stardom may not be in reach at present, he continues to release his own music over the internet.
When he can be dragged away from that, he and his wife spent their time at the theatre and visiting galleries.
