She joined Wilde Sapte (now Dentons) as a trainee in 1990 and, after qualification, worked as a solicitor and senior solicitor in the firm’s Insolvency Litigation department. From 2003-4 she was the Professional Support Lawyer for the Restructuring and Insolvency group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, after which she decided to take some time off to look after her young sons.
In the past years, Julia has qualified as a garden designer, and volunteered for various organisations including the local hospice and the Riding for the Disabled Association.
In her spare time, Julia will often be found on the tennis court, walking her dogs, gardening and trying to finish a book for her book group.GET IN TOUCH
